Bluebells (indicating the fact that the churchyard, pre consecration, had woodland or hedgerow cover around the boundary)
Bird's-foot Trefoil (so-called because the petals resemble a bird's foot!
Meadow Saxifrage - growing on one particular grave and is a scarce plant in this area!
